Directions from South  (from San Jose International Airport and Palo Alto)
1) Take Highway 101 North (toward San Francisco) to the Ralston Ave./Marine  Parkway exit, #412.
2) Take the exit ramp and at the stop light turn right onto Marine  Parkway.
3) Turn  left at the first light onto Oracle Parkway. Follow the road as it curves right, and 350 Oracle Parkway (the Conference Center) will be on the right.
4) You may park in any parking structure or in the open-air parking lot across from the center.  Parking is free and plentiful.

Public Transportation to Oracle
The Caltrain commuter railroad travels north and south along the San Francisco peninsula, from San Francisco to south of San Jose. 
You can take  Caltrain to 2  nearby stations (Hillsdale and  San Carlos) and then ride a free shuttle van to the Oracle campus.

Food Service
The BIWA Summit provides breakfast, lunch, and afternoon breaks. There will also be a Platinum-Sponsor reception on Tuesday evening. All food is served buffet style in the hallways. To sit and eat  you may use banquet tables in the Auditorium or the first floor presentation rooms.
* Breakfasts: Include pastries, fruit, juices and tea and coffee.
* Lunches: Include 2 hot main dishes, soups and salad, and dessert. There will be a vegetarian hot food available.
* Afternoon Breaks: Include light snack and soft drinks, water, coffee and tea
* Platinum-Sponsor Reception on Tuesday evening: Will include finger foods, beer and wine
* Other Cafeterias available: For Summit attendees who would prefer alternative food choices, please visit the Cafeteria
   in the adjacent Oracle office tower, 300 Oracle Parkway, on its ground floor. The cafeteria has a wide array of food
   choices including a salad bar, grill, pizza, pasta, and pastries.
* A reception will be held on Tuesday evening, 12/2, which will include finger foods, wine, beer and soft drinks.

Facilities
* The  Oracle World Headquarters Conference Center is a state of the art facility with easy access.
* WiFi internet access is available in the conference center.  The password to the network changes daily and will be
    shared each day with attendees.

Speaker Info
* Speakers need to bring the final version of their talk with them on a USB memory stick to their presentation room to be loaded just before the start of the talk. 
* The projectors in the presentation rooms have 1024 x 768 resolution, so please plan for that in your slide design.
* The PCs for presenters have PowerPoint 2003 and Adobe PDF Reader.
* Please encourage your audience to complete  the evaluation forms at the end of the session and place them in your session's  evaluation forms envelope.
