Unfortunately, after 4 years and numerous attempts to reinvigorate it, this SIG and site never really got off the ground.

One of the main reasons is that the definition of "Middleware" was changing throughout with products being added, renamed, and new marketed product sets were being moved in and out by Oracle.  Eventually, "FUSION" became the latest and last version of the arena.  This is the main reason why it was not successful - it was completely undefineable.
